Returns & Exchanges

Yes. If you wish to return an item, you must take reasonable care of it while it is in your possession and ensure it remains in its original condition.

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain a Returns Reference Number.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note that pierced jewellery is non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your order, particularly for international shipments, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit without proof of postage.

You may exchange your item for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any item.

While an item is in your possession, you are legally required to take reasonable care of it.
