Returns and cancellations

For a change-of-mind return, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give a reason. Sale items have the same cancellation rights.

Email ilovetrillion.com@gmail.com or use our contact form. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. A returns reference can help us process your parcel, but is not required to notify us that you are cancelling.

Return postage and address

Trillion London pays return postage, including change-of-mind returns. Contact us to arrange the return method before posting. Keep your proof of postage.

Checking your items

You may inspect and try on goods as you would in a shop. Please return packaging and tags where possible. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For cancellation of your whole order, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge, if paid. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.

Exceptions and faulty goods

Change-of-mind cancellation does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, or goods supplied sealed for health or hygiene reasons once that seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Contact us about a problem and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover return postage; those rights are not limited by the change-of-mind deadline.

Orders already dispatched and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We may be unable to stop a parcel already dispatched, but you can still arrange a return. Exchanges depend on stock availability; contact us with the size or style you need.
