Shipping policy

Trillion London delivers within the UK and internationally. Estimated standard transit times are 2–4 business days within the UK, 2–11 business days for our European Union service and 3–17 business days for our worldwide service. Free standard UK shipping is available on orders of £1 or more. Available international services and charges depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. These are estimates; customs may delay international shipments.

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Delivery times apply to in-stock products only.

All Trillion London international deliveries are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The product prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT but exclusive of individual country taxes and duties. Therefore, once your order arrives in the country of destination, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
