Shipping policy

Trillion London offers free delivery by courier both within the UK and internationally. Exact delivery timings vary by country. UK courier delivery usually takes place within 1-2 working days. International delivery takes place within 2-7 working days depending on the country of destination.

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Delivery times apply to in-stock products only.

All Trillion London international deliveries are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). The product prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT but exclusive of individual country taxes and duties. Therefore, once your order arrives in the country of destination, you will be responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
